Experience
I have more than 10 years of customer service, corporate management, and military experience. I have been in the real estate industry for 7 years as a consumer, investor, and agent. I specialize in Wake & Durham County communities, including Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Morrisville, Knightdale, and Wake Forest. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert, a qualified NACA agent and a preferred realtor by the NC Housing Finance Agency, eAgent Certified.
Technology
With an extensive background in the IT field, I am able to stay on the cutting edge of technology. I am at home in today’s real estate market, which requires a high level of computer competence.
Communication
Communication is my touchstone. I’ll not only listen to your wants; I’ll try to go deeper and reach an understanding of your needs and the values behind them. When I am with clients, I give them a 100% of my attention because they deserve it. At times I am unable to answer calls due to my level of commitment to my clients and service to the community in Fire Department but if you leave a message I will return your call within 24 hrs.
Personal
I graduated from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in 2000 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science. I’m Aggie born and Aggie bred, and when I die I’ll be an Aggie dead. AGGIE PRIDE! From 2000 to 2006 I served my country as a Communications Specialist/Manager in the United States Army. I’m currently a proud member of the Raleigh Fire Department. Last but not least, I was born and raised right here in North Carolina and have decided to make the Triangle my home. After all, it is one of the best places to live in the country.
